BCCH joins 10:10 campaign

The 10:10 campaign has arrived to Hungary from London on 16 July 2010 to unite individuals, businesses, educational institutions and other organisations committed to cutting their CO2 emissions starting in 2010 and are willing to learn best practices. At the launch event, along with HM Ambassador Greg Dorey, Zoltán Illés, State Secretary at the Ministry for Rural Development, and Simon Ingram-Hill, Director of the British Council Hungary, the BCCH joined the campaign and encourages its members and partners to do the same, as well as participate at the Global Action Day on 10 October 2010, or 10/10/10, where member companies who sign up and set forth a strategy will get the chance to present their initial progress and best practices.

An interview with Stefan Fritsch, owner of Elevenpark

Stefan Fritsch is the Managing Director of W.E.T. Automotive Systems Hungary Ltd. and owner of Elevenpark, the biggest indoor playground in Hungary covering 4,000 square metres with an array of games, a restaurant, and a 700 square metre terrace, making it a unique combination of a playground and an amusement park, where children and adults alike are provided with the opportunity to have a great time. Both companies are members of the BCCH, and although different in profile, they both require outstanding leadership qualities when it comes to their management. This and his business experiences in Hungary are what Mr. Fritsch talked about in an interview published in the June 2010 issue of Manager Magazine.
